It was awesome, a perfect interactive adventure style piece, and the sprites and character drawings were cute and fun. I think the pastel colors and the cute hearts with the screen transitions are very memorable elements! In short, it was very good!
Thank you so much!! I really appreciate you playing the game even though it's only available in English. Thank you for your review and your feedback, it made me very happy!!
I have a bit of a dilemma here... I hate when people leave kiss-ass comments, because the person usually goes overboard with compliments, which just comes off as phony, and insincere. But, I also can't leave without letting you know that I think that your art is really cute, and stylish (especially for a first try!) ...so just in case you decide to never make another game, keep making pixel art, you/re already can make assets for other people. There is one thing I'll suggest though, pixel art characters almost always looks nicer with a thick, light/dark outline around them (depending on the scenery, lighting, etc.)
Well, I guess I just joined the "kiss-ass commentor" squad, and now everyone I ever made fun of will hunt me down...there is nowhere to run!
Thank you a lot for the kind words!! I will take note of your advice on the pixel art characters for the future! I am actually still planning to create make more games hehe :) But I will think about asset creation, thank you for the feedback :3
I’m glad, I hope it didn’t come across as “you stink at making games, so just stick to art”, you should definitely keep making games, I just meant it as an “if all else fails”… I always forget how hard it is to read intentions. I wonder if this is a big part of reason for people thinking I’m an asshole? Nah, it’s just because I’m an asshole!😬
Oh no ahaha, not at all, you don't have to explain yourself, I understood what you meant! Thank you for the encouragement, your words really inspired me to keep making games :))
